James H Hellam

Jim brings over 23 years of experience developing and coaching adult education workshops.

Jim currently works as President & Managing Director of the Institute for Leadership and Potential Development Intl. Jim was formally the Senior Vice President and General Manager for ARC International and was responsible for the Asian Public Division.

Jim was a former senior vice president and executive team member of a U.S. based experiential training organization. Jim has facilitated countless workshops in the United States and Asia.

Prior to his work with leadership Training & Development Group LLC, Jim served as President of I-Leap, an affiliate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and as co-owner of three US-based educational centers.

Before turning his attention to transformational training, Jim was a sergeant in a California Police Department. He earned his Bachelor's Degree and teaching credential from San Jose University.

Mickey McQuaid

Mickey is an associate of Personal Dynamics, specializing in the Advanced Course.  A Senior Trainer with over 22 years of experience in the professional training industry, Mickey has supported 40,000 participants throughout the world to achieve powerful breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives.  For the last 12 years she has worked independently as an international business consultant and workshop leader in the United States, Asia, Latin America, and Russia.  Mickey assists individuals from every walk of life in the areas of vision and goal setting, effective communication, leadership, and coaching.  Mickey graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz wih a BFA in Theatre and English Literature, followed by postgraduate work at New York University School of the Arts.
